Prep for Your Visit

*  It's advised to not eat a heavy meal prior to your session

*  Please visit my "Precautions" page to see if these massage styles are appropriate for you        

*  Please refrain from strong perfumes and fragrances, and excessive uncleanliness or body odor 


*  not wearing heavy makeup is strongly advised

*  if you have low blood sugar: eat something sugary within 1 hour prior to your session

*  refrain from drinking more than 1 serving of alcohol 24 hours prior to your visit  (this may cause a "lactic acid hangover")



*  do not wear silky or slippery clothing

*  wear comfortable clothing that allows for full range of motion
